Don't judge Rich by his performance on TUF. I got to train with him and Kenny Stevens once and he was much better then than on TUF. No i don't train with them, it was just once. From what I saw he is an amazing fighter. His hands are not bad at all, and his BJJ is excellent. I think he was just off when he fought on TUF. I think he will surprise a lot of people at how good he is when he fights Melvin. Maybe, maybe not.

As much as it pains me to say it...Melvin has just gotta be looking to stomp some ass after the ass-kicking HE just took. It is just the way us cro-mag/testerone fueled male type animals operate.

I'm just saying that because I have seen him look even better in Pride. Also I have heard people act like he isn't a world class fighter because he didn't win the competition. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he did bad on TUF, I'm just saying I think he's capable of doing better.
