UFC/PRIDE Superbowl
Dana keeps talking about this super mega card that they are going to put together. Is this still happening? Are they market it as such? Like the super bowl of mma? or is it just not happening now since there is no longer a PRIDE? I was just wondering because Dana was talking about it a lot there for a while and I am still kind of pumped for it.

I dont think its going to happen.
Theres no big dream matches that are going to happen now and calling it anything more than a great card would be needless.
Think about it, they have a hard time getting 2 guys to fight each other just once let alone a batch of megastars to all compete on one card.
There would be ego's flying around everywhere, 'I wanna be main event' 'No I wanna be'
Also, if they had lets say, 2 title fights, The LHW and WW, then contests at MW, LW and a few HW. All those participating wouldnt be heard from in months and the rest (PPV'S) that follow would be weak sauce. They could however skip a month of PPV's like January last year.

Dream matches? They're already happening. Look at Bisping Vs Rashad, like thats one of the matches everyones been waiting for. Man hell with this match Randy Vs Fedor can wait or Wand vs Chuck.
