i wouldnt be worth it cause im sure the law suit would be alot like havin to pay back the money he already got for fighting the previous fights on his contract?????? i think?

If the lawsuit is more than what he's earning for the fight, then he obviously shouldn't do it. I'd still like to see Randy vs Fedor so if he did this I wouldn't be mad at him.

Actually that is untrue.

That's why contracts are structured like 2 years with 4 fights. Which means the contract will expire in 2 years, regardless of how many fights were completed. This is done because injuries can occur. That is also why Dana says Couture is under contract for another 9 months. After the contract expires, he can sign with any other organization.
