Is Dana gonna get the cops to arrest him for fighting. Sure he can pull a lawsuit on him - but wouldnt it be less than what hes making even if he looses...like 1 million dollars to loose sounds damn good to me!

So he pays the fine and still gets to fight fedor - and send a nice message to MR. Dana F***ing White saying "HA HA HA HA HA HA HA - sure you got money - but the UFC didnt get Fedor vs Couture!"

even if randy and m1 signed a contract

the ufc will have filed a lawsuit before the fight even happend....also fedor can be sued for signing such a contract.....

The most solid advice I can give to anyone who fights BJ Penn is...do not motivate the guy. Lets face it, BJ although talented, is naturally lazy. Your job is to NOT convince him to step on that treadmill.

I would love for Randy and Cuban to collaborrate and come up with a loophole. It would piss off Dana and bring about the greatest fight in the history of MMA.

that would be like the lakers selling kobe to anybody. just plain stupid! if you cant make money off him why let some one else? dana wont do that just so he feels like hes the most powerful man in the mma universe.he will have the power to let the fight every body wants to see happen but he wont.

If the lawsuit is more than what he's earning for the fight, then he obviously shouldn't do it. I'd still like to see Randy vs Fedor so if he did this I wouldn't be mad at him.

Actually that is untrue.

That's why contracts are structured like 2 years with 4 fights. Which means the contract will expire in 2 years, regardless of how many fights were completed. This is done because injuries can occur. That is also why Dana says Couture is under contract for another 9 months. After the contract expires, he can sign with any other organization.
