Frank has always said what he believes and he has cost himself money in order to do what he believes.

Frank is dead on in this article and I have to say if Frank fight either Lindland or Henderson and wins then I think Frank vs Randy actually makes sense. Frank adapts to a type a fighting style amazing and comes up with gameplans just as well as Randy. If this fight at LHW it would be great since Randy doesn't finish guys quick and Frank is always dangerous.

Glad you guys liked that read, he posted it today on a myspace blog.

But yeah the "U Fight Cheap" comment was hilarious and and I found him pretty humbling throughout the interview. He's normally amazingly cocky.

I don't have a problem with Dana being a face for UFC, but I do have a problem with him acting the same way when it comes to promotions and fighters.

He comes off as a down to earth guy who says it like it is. I like that and think it fits perfectly with the sport.

However, when he uses that same mentality of, 'I can say and do whatever I want' with the fighters and when dealing with people's careers, I have a big problem with it. This isn't wrestling and you aren't Vince McMahon(or however the hell you spell it)

You have to treat people with respect. His monopoly isn't big enough to act like he does.

Plus I have Boardwalk and I'm not sellin' hahahaha

True, and credit where credit is do. but 2 things:

1. Everything needs to evolve or it stagnates and dies. He evolved up a level or two, now he needs to go past that.
2. Bas Rutten said it is a job, dana is the employer, and if you are at a crappy place to work, you should leave. I've had an a(*&le boss. I did my work to the best of my ability, and then left. I bitched too friends about it along the way.
If dana wants to avoid fighter leaving and rightfully bitching he needs to wisen up and treat them right. It is not a complicated thing to figure out.
