I hope we see the old Tim! I don't want to see the New Tim that takes risks when thier is only five seconds on the clock and decide to wait out the round instead of going for the finish!

You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam

What's wrong with the man being proud of his championship! That's a big accomplishment and should be proud!

i absolutely HATE t sylvia. i get so tired, before every one of his fights, of hearing about how he is gonna KO every opponent AND the fact that he makes excuses for his losses. ugh.

t sylvia is a p.o.s.

Yea Mir broke I think his radius. It was kind of a freak thing, it wasnt on the joint just snapped his forearm which I think shows how freakin good Mir was. Also, I certainly hope Tim comes out and fights like his old self. Not because I want him to but because I am picking him on mmaplayground. lol

I might be imagining this as it was a few years back now but am i right in remembering that tim never tapped after his arm broke and the ref stopped it??, i cant remember properly after watching his arm snap while in that armbar. Shame what happened to Mir afterwards though, he was good back then.

you are very correct, he never tapped. But the official has to look after the health of the fighters or we would have nothing to speak about.
