Conor vs Floyd Predictions

I'm getting in there with this thread, pre announcement. I spoke to a couple of Leprechauns this week and they believe its gonna happen, so its gonna happen.

Firstly I have 177,086,836 credits. All of which are going on Conor.

Secondly, I'm going to bet on a Conor by R1 KO, after he rushes Floyd, and cracks him with a left hand.

At this point I don't care about boxing logic. All I care about and desire is a first round Conor KO, and the monumental chaos that will ensue after that. The kind of bragging that makes Trump's self promotion look like a crazy religious nut on a street corner.

The takeover will be complete before the end of the summer. The Irish will own combat sports. The Brits, particularly Spite, will only increase in their general bitterness, which will be a joy to the Irish. Jonny who hasn't been seen since he welched on his bet settlement will extend his hiatus for another year. Oldfan will vote for Trump in his second run. Liddell will double his time in the soup kitchens so as to stay away from MMA. Anteries, well Anteries will become a believer and go on a 6 months tour of various self help seminars.

The combat sports apocalypse is nigh people.

Pah, I'll have you know I was out on the drink last night for St. Paddys days.

I actually kind of hope he wins, just for the uproar it would cause.

But rest assured I will be on hand for the lols when he inevitably gets knocked out.

Don't be doing an oldfan style runner if he loses Don, you'll be expected to be online the following few days to take your virtual lumps.

Either way enjoy the ride Don, theres a good chance if he loses this will be his last fight. If he wins the rematch will be bigger and he'll have made enough money to retire to the Mac life several times over.

Hard to not be rooting for the result that will generate the most butthurt. So, Conor Round 1 KO for me.

I have no clue who's gonna win, but I'm guessing Conor will be a huge dog (I hope.. why the fuk shouldn't he be) so I will put some $$$ on him and will pray I'll witness history!

It would be funny as hell if McGregor won.... but, Mayweather TKO 7-8 for me.. unless he drags it out hoping for rematch interest.

I think Floyd racks up the points for 4 rounds. In 5th he goes for the KO, and bam, gets countered and set down. He takes the count and wobbles around as Conor taunts and stocks him around the ring until landing another 4 shots—the 4th causing the ref. to step in.

I hope McGregor wears the correct clothing for his altercations, the fashion for suits is so tight these days, one can barely raise one's arms above shoulder level.

C'mon folks - I wish Conor would KO Floyd too. But even though I hate to admit it - Floyd is a master at defense & Conor wouldn't land that left. There's a lot of difference between MMA boxing & Pro boxing.

I also think it may be boring like most of Floyds fights. Great defense & pot shotting his opponents & out point them for a UD. Although he might KO Conor at some point. I've also seen Conor leaking gas in longer fights. And he would go from 25 to 36 minutes (boxing should st1ill be 15 rounds......fans get more for their money & body punching would be more important.)

I'd rather see him vs. Pacquiao or Bradley....& I could list a few more. Floyds last snoozer had 300,000 PPV I read. I didn't buy it. Wasn't it vs. Berto for the 3rd time?????

BOTTOM LINE - put me on the wish list to see Conor KO Floyd. In the fantasy land of today - if Conor got a clean shot with the left in an early round on Floyd like Lemieux did on Stevens & sent him to dreamland for 5-10 minutes................WE WOULD HAVE ANOTHER SHOT HEARD ROUND THE WORLD.
