KenFl07 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Forrest had been rumored for awhile, but he had some type of injury not to long after the Shogun fight. Nothing serious, but he said that he would be sidelined until early '08. It was also confirmed by his training partner, Frank Trigg shortly after the news broke.

I think that Rampage would put a serious beating on Forest, so I'm not sure how much I care to see that. I would definately like to see today's Rampage vs. Wanderlei or Shogun though. I would also like to see Alexander take a shot at him.

It just said at the bottom of the Tv screen that Dana white has an announcement coming up. Maybe it is true.

The most solid advice I can give to anyone who fights BJ Penn is...do not motivate the guy. Lets face it, BJ although talented, is naturally lazy. Your job is to NOT convince him to step on that treadmill.
