I think Chuck is getting a fairly bum rap in here yes he's taking on the longtime Pride champion while trying to come back from back to back losses but hey news flash, Silva is facing the long time UFC champ while also ... tring to come back from back to back losses. I would not be one bit surprised to see Lidell knock the axe murderer out as Wandi does throw wild hands but he leaves big openings and Chuck has one punch power , dont kid yourself for one second into believing if Chuck catches Silva leaving an opening that it cant call lights out.

His first loss to Arona was due to the fact that Arona's superior BJJ seemed to overwhelm him, and Wandy has always had problems with guys who have strong takedowns. His second fight was much better because he had to adapt to Arona'a game. His two losses to CroCop and Henderson were also legit but I do believe a healthier Wandy would have done much better against Hendo.

Alstair Overeem is the only legitimate striker Liddell has beaten. White was a good striker but nowhere near the level of Overeem. All those wins you mentioned for Chuck (with the exception of two), were against wrestlers with average standup. Tito, Horn, Babalu, even Randy at the time were all average strikers. And you could argue that Chuck beat Randy twice because he was able to catch him with a lucky shot. Rampage beat Chuck becasue he's a better boxer, bottom line.
My point: Chuck cant handle a great striker. Wandy is a great striker.
That was kinda stupid. You call Chucks win a lucky punch but not Rampages? LOL Neither one of them won by a lucky punch.

Randy got caught by Chuck and Chuck got caught by Rampage.

Rampage is still a better boxer than Chuck as seen in their first fight. Chuck I felt was somewhat intimidated by Rampage in their second fight which is why he was keeping his distance and used legs kicks. Rampage, had he not caught Chuck in the first round IMO wouldve still won their second fight, he's just a better fighter. He's guicker, stronger, and he's a better brawler.

Chuck should win this one. I love both of these guys and would actually prefer to see a Silva victory in this one. I just think with Silva's flurry happy style and Chuck counter punching style that Chuck gets this one. Chuck is the type of guy to beat Chute Box style strikers but I still think this will be an awesome, exciting fight

Both guys are legends...and deserve to be. Will be an awesome fight.

I am pulling for Wandy in this one because I dont want to see him restart his UFC career with a loss. Heck, maybe we will see another Iceman trilogy!

thats a great question, and in the last two fights i thought the exact same thing yet chuck didnt do anything new... im going to bet against him in this fight and only because i think hes gonna do to little too late to change his style, to adapt whatever you want to call it.

silva for the win, but the thing is i think chuck still has a great chance to win no matter what. the guy has great power
