....Are you actually serious? There has been one draw in like 8 years of UFC. And looking at their last 2 fights does it really look like this will go to a decision, let alone a draw?

You could ask this question about any title fight, but the chances of it actually happening makes it kind of unnecessary. Simple answer: rematch.

If we get stuck with another UD or a draw I think I will start watching field hockey or bowling. If this fight goes beyond the third round I'll be stunned. I never thought about it going to a draw but when I read the thread my heart almost stopped. Let us never speak of this again.

Actually, IF there was a draw, which is slim to none, there would be no rematch for the interim championship.. Hughes would just fight Serra like it was planned, then GSP fights the winner

Can you even get a draw just for a fight being really close?

That's what they did with the Vernon White vs Ian Freeman fight at UFC 43, even though I had it scored 29-28 for White.

If it's a draw, you make Karo the king of the WW's. It's that simple.

You would, Damone. You would.

The probability of the fight ending in a draw is slim to none. Its rather outlandish, but interesting to think of what the UFC would do in a spot like that...Hughes/GSP IV, a different Contenders match...
