BJ Penn is my first choice simply because of his raw talent... I would then have to go with GSP, Forrest and Huerta. Anderson Silva is in there as well, but I would love to see him in a battle before he made my top 3... Scary part is that no one has come close to his level in some time now, we shall see.

Bj penn- That guy cracks me up with his enthusiasm. from start to finish he is so intense. i just rewatched the gsp vs. bj penn fight where gsp took about five minutes getting undressed and prepared and then bj just ran in an ripped his shirt off in 3 seconds flat. he really builds up his fights.
gsp- he's the only fighter whose inspired me to track down all of his fights. he really shows respect to his audiences by showing up prepared for every fight. Some fighters look and fight like they don't train between events and only do it as as pastime. Gsp never lets the audience down by being unprepared ...(awaits "ufc 69" rebuttal)
roger huerta- mmmmmm.

Shogun Rua - since his only "boring fight" against Nakamura wasn't that bad and 1 decent one and 17 real fun ones is a good ratio.
Frank Shamrock - I mean beside Renzo he hasn't had a boring fight in a very long time.
Andre Dida- The guy is probably the most explosive stand up fighter in MMA. He just doesn't stop.
Tyson Griffin - It is crazy the guy had 3 FOTYC. And Honestly I think Edgar vs Griffin is the FOTY it was sick and Tyson's fights always are still trying to figure out why he's fighting Tibau.
BJ Penn - The guy just has fun fights. It is almost impossible for him not to unless he goes up to MW where his fights are mostly stinkers.
And my favorite
Mike Swick - Question his toughness if you want say w/e you want but the guy has had a lot of crazy fights. The Louseaiu fight wasn't very good but it wasn't bad either, and the Okami fight is real underrated it was actually a fun fight. Swick just has fun fights.

My top 5 would probably be: Clay Guida, Spencer Fisher, Bj Penn, GSP, and Karo.
Fedor would definitely be on the list too but since he is not in the UFC, I did not include him.
