So Do You Think Mike Swick Should Get A Title Shot Next?
 

Swick performed really well and eeked out the win over Louaseau. I think Loaseau would've won if he had more confidence at the opening bell but a great show by Swick nontheless. I think he should get a title shot for sure

Yeah Swick did good! Not only did he win, he cost me over 1000 pts and I have to put praises to Jason Thacker in my sig.

Also he should get a title shot! He beat the number 2 middleweight in the UFC! That's impressive!

He should be in line for a shot now. Im pissed I thought David was gonna finish him there in the third. i had money on him damnit.

Swicks the man!!! I think he would have finished the fight if he was'nt so nervous. He fought smart and won for sure. Theres was a couple occations where he probaly could have finished the fight but he stayed smart and avoided elbows. To bad he did'nt KO The Crow(not gonna spell his last name) but he still beat his ass and gave The Crow a small cut. The Crow did ok but Swicks a beast. He's underrated because he's a TUF guy IMO.

I like Swick and agree that he won the 1st and 2nd round, but come on. He was hardly impressive. His best punches were all blocked. The only reason he won was because he had a few take downs (which he did nothing with) and he was more agressive. Other than that he inflicted NO damage..... I wasn't impressed, especially when he was trashing David when he had nothing.

I think he won the first 2 rounds but... what the hell happend??????? He died in the third. I think he deserves the shot at the title but is not ready for it.

When did Swick have a chance to finish? Standing up Loiseau blocked all of his fluries. On the ground Swick gave him a baby cut next to his left eye, Loiseau was closer to finishing Swick in the third than Swick did the entire fight. Were we watching the same fight? Swick does NOT deserve a shot yet. Let him face the loser of the title match next month, then we'll see. If Swick gets the winner of Franklin vs. Silva then he might leave on a stretcher because he is not even close to being ready.

I dont think he has much of a chance at Rich or Silva right now. But hes a tough guy and theres not much more out there for title shots now, and a win over The Crow is good credentials.

Swick did all the little things to win against Loiseau who was obviously gunshy after his fight with Franklin. If Loiseau was more aggressive like he usually is, or like he was in the third one, he definitely takes that fight.

Marquardt deserves a shot more because even if those fights went to a decision....they were against good competition. Swick basically escaped Loiseau and caught Joe Riggs with a head kick (who really isnt that good to begin with except his heavy hands).

If Swick went up against either Silva or Franklin at this point..it's never "impossible" to win, but he's stand a less than 10% chance against either one.
