Big flaw in the calculations here!

Lets say Silva gets 20 votes for number 1 and Big Nog only shows up on the list 3 times at number 5, Big Nog has less points than Silva and is therefore the number 1 guy.

P.S. as DanTheJu has already pointed out, your weighing system is flawed.. the person who's name is mentioned the most might actually end up at the bottom of your list, even if he's mentioned #1 every time, because you count points negatively. You need to reverse it.. give 5 points for #1 and 1 for #5 etc. and at the end the guy with the highest points is #1, the second is #2 and so on.
