and I'd be a happy man if Tanner was the number 1 contender for the belt, small chance though considering he probably has alot of octagon rust and Okami is no slouch, heres to hoping though.

Ed Herman if he beats Maia....that'll be 4 straight wins, more than anyone else @ 185, and the last 3 have been stoppages

Machida, he should drop back down to 185 where he will be physically more dominant and it will give him the title shot he wants by the end of the year.

Get Kampmann back in the mix, give him a tune-up fight then have him face the winner of Henderson/Anderson.

Thing is i don't think machida will do that because silva and machida train together and silva is in machida's corner when he fights.

And Machida is too big to drop down to 185, he's dead in the mix RIGHT NOW in the LHW division as far as contenders.

if hendo wins, franklin or marquardt could fight him and have a chance. a small chance, but a chance nonetheless.

If silva wins... umm... GSP? Can Sanchez go up in weight (and not be a butterball with hands and feet?)?

it's possible that rampage could drop weight and fight silva...but i don't know if rampage could go that low and still fight like he does.

Chuck could def compete at 185... just lose that gut. I'd pay to watch chuck v silva. two very accurate strikers and a chance for chuck to hold a belt again.

No way Rampage could drop down, he's a big guy.. he's also the LHW champion and has enough contenders in that division.

GSP won't go up because, well...he'll be the unified WW champion and has enough contenders in that division.

It has to be Kampmann. In fact, I got it. Kampmann vs. Okami, winner gets Hendo/Andy, that would be the logical and right way to do it.

Kampmann hasn't fought in ten months and would get mauled by Okami, I think Okami is the #1 contender and if he beats Tanner should get it next.
