I know you did, and considering you were the only one, it didn't make any difference. But if everyone does that, it'll f with the rankings so we gotta keep it real when doing this stuff. Its no biggie.

Hey, aren't Lawler and Franklin tied for number 4?

Yes sir, they are. But for Rankings sake, I didn't want to put two dudes at #4 and skip to #6. There wasn't a real way to break the tie since they earned the same amount of points. So really, it was just a judgement call on my part to put Rich above Lawler...and I did so because Franklin was Ranked higher than Robbie on the last batch of Rankings.
Other than that, I couldn't think of a legit way to break the tie.
For tie's that take place closer to the bottom of the Rankings (spots 7, 8, 9, 10), I put the fighter lower on the Rankings if they were left off more ballots.
Sound fair?

So if I vote Nick Diaz in the top 10 you won't count mine seriously?

If you can really, truly, honestly justify him being there then I'll count it. But his "win" over Gomi doesn't count for Rankings because he's too stupid to lay off the bong, and since then he was given a gift Split Decision over Aina and lost badly to KJ Noons. I don't see ANYTHING there that justifies a Top 10 Ranking. You can like him as much as you want, but he is nowhere near the Top 10.

You can make a case for KJ, but making a case for Nick Diaz would be nearly impossible.

I still don't see Barnett is ranked after a year of not fighting and IMO JZ should be ranked number one.

Barnett's getting by strictly on his 06 stuff, though he won't be in my rankings for long.

Regardless of the ruling, Nick Diaz beat Gomi hands down, he tapped him out with a gogo like it was nothing.
Diaz beat Gomi who is on everyone's number one ballot and yet you call out people who put him in the top ten?
So if lets say Jeff Monson comes in, and beats Fedor or Nog easily, but has the result overturned because he had some pot in his system (pot gives you no advantage unlike roids) he wouldn't belong in the top ten?
You guys are being silly in my opinion.
The rankings come down to one thing in the end right? Skill. Who is the best. Diaz showed greater skill than Gomi yet you say his win doesn't count and he should be left off the top ten, even though his win got overturned he still proved he was better than Gomi.
Doesn't make any sense.
