Why be ashamed? Ken was pretty good during his prime(Despite what anyone tells you), and had a very successful school. The Den produced some really good fighters.

Ken's a former King of Pancrase.
He's beaten Bas Rutten twice.
He beat Dan Severn.

Off topic, but Ken Shamrock vs Don Frye from Pride Bad Blood is a surprisingly good match that could've gone either way. One of those fights where you think it's going to suck, but ends up being really good.

Yeah man, no doubt. I watched that fight not too long ago, it was damn good.

Royce Gracie
Don Frye
Harold Howard (I'm the first one to mention him, whoop!)
“Big Daddy” Gary Goodridge (I liked him because of his crucific/elbow strike knockout and the fact that he lives like a half hour from me.)
Tank Abbott

MMA freak has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I loved Keith Hackney he was psycho and when he got mad he started a big brawl in the ring, Emanuel tried to push him out of the ring then he beat him in.
