UFC 36 had a really good card maybe the best ever. UFC 43 would have had one of the best cards ever if it weren't for Ken Shamrock being injured and pulled out. UFC 41 was a cool card too.

UFC 49.
Thomson vs Edwards
Diaz vs Parisyan
White vs Liddell
Couture vs Belfort
There were others, but I'm naming the main 4. I'm aiming for consistency here.
UFC 47 was another show that had a really good card.
Franca vs Edwards
Cabbage vs Arlovski
Lawler vs Diaz
Ortiz vs Liddell

UFC 36 had Sean Sherk opening the night. And Mir .vs. Williams. Two title fights, and Arlovski .vs. Rizzo, just an amazing night.
Here is the UFC 41 card:
Tim Sylvia .vs. Ricco Rodriguez
Frank Mir .vs. Tank Abbott
Caol Uno .vs. BJ Penn
Matt Lindland .vs. Phil Baroni
UFC 43:
Chuck Liddell .vs. Randy Couture
Kimo Leopoldo .vs. Tank Abbott
Ian Freeman .vs. Vernon White
Frank Mir .vs. Wes Sims
Falaniko Vitale .vs. Matt Lindland
UFC 45, another amazing card with the Hall Of Fame, great DVD to own:
Matt Hughes .vs. Frank Trigg
Matt Lindland .vs. Falaniko Vitale 2
Evan Tanner .vs. Phil Baroni
Wesley Correira .vs. Tank Abbott
Pedro Rizzo .vs. Ricco Rodriguez

I am predicting UFC 64 to be a great one, I can't wait for it. I think UFC 41 is probably the best one I can remember.

He was supposed to fight Ian "The Machine" Freeman but he got an injury. Fellow Lions Den fighter Vernon White stpped up a weight class to take his place. The fight was a draw I believe.

Ian Freeman, who I was looking forward to destroy Ken Shamrock since he beat Frank Mir right before UFC 43.
