Yea, Penn is working on his cardio, almost everyday. I think in the fight against Sherk, we're going to see the best BJ Penn to date:
-Great Cardio
-Hungry for the win
-Highly motivated to keep his title
-Everything from the old BJ(flexibility, hands, jits, etc), put into the new BJ
Overall, this is a fight that he's fired up for. He finally got the title, and he's going to war to keep it. If you look back on his fight against Jens(second time), BJ could have finished the fight real early in the fight, but wanted to extend the fight for who knows. In this fight against Sherk, BJ is going to finish him early so he doesn't have to compete with Sherk cardio against cardio...because IMO, no one(LW) has better cardio than Sean Sherk.
