If he's only been training for 11 months then why the hell did they put him on TUF? What a load of shit that is. You can't tell me he was the better than the other 3000 or however many entries. Someone asked why he's getting put on tv over people like Alves and Marquardt...well it's cuz he's deaf and he has a big fanbase who like him just cuz he's deaf....mostly newbs...someone else asked how cutting Seth's face was a cheap win.....well...it's not cheap to cut his face, but to sit there and grind your f-ing elbow into it for 2 rounds is ridiculousy cheap. Matt is worse than Rashad, the only thing Matt is better at than his opponent is being able to take him down. Like I said before, takedowns don't mean your a great fighter, it just means you are stronger than your opponent, and this is not a strong man competetion, therefore all takedowns that are not followed up with some kind of punishment or action, should just be nullified, they don't mean shit and it's just a cheap ***** way to win a fight.

Put it this way. He got hit hard in the jaw by Michael Bisbing and was in bed for a week after that. The guy is great at holding people down but getting hit hard is not in his heart.

Time for a reality check, Seth did nothing to win that fight. You all can say all you want about how much you dislike Hamill but he is so ridculously inexpereinced and he easily handled a veteran MMA fighter so that is saying something. How could you say he does not belong when he beat someone who everyone seems to think does belong. As for his questionable conditioning, look how active he is in his fights. He is non-stop trying to do something. He has to learn to be poised and fight smarter, he does not have that mindset yet but he is extremely active. When he has top position he needs to take his time, look to improve it and maximize his strenght, just very inefficient.
I followed Matt through his college wrestling career and wrestled at 167 and 190 most of the time but would wrestle heavyweight if the team had a stud to take out, he should be at 185. That is his more natural wieght. He is not a great MMA fighter right now but be rational people, he just started and he is winning his way against guys who have been in this for many, many years - that means something. Let's take someone like Griffin or Bonnar after they have been training just 11 months and put them in against Hamill after his 11 months and see who wins. It doesn't happen over night people, give it time. He'll lose some fights, especially if they move him along too fast but he can be a contender some day.

I want to see a fight no 2 guys lay on eachoter matt was not fighting for a better position or anythin. just raking the eye thats it. I always thought tat a cut was a cheep way to win and I would rather see cut open from a punch than just raking the eye. He should fight forest griffin and get his ass knocked out. matt hammle good wrestler bad fighter .

hey I never said that forrest was a god and I just think that he would kill matt. what I am saying is that matt will go up the ranks and then he will fight someone better that he wont be able to handle.
and call me a nut hugger sounds like you are.

Dont apoligize to that half f*g. All he thinks about is hugging nuts. It sounds like he wants to be a jockstrap. Who cares if you make a mistake spelling.
Everyone makes mistakes only Ho's point it out like it's a big deal.

He is really boring and truly a pure wrestler but he has so much potential and he will get better. I do not think he is a future champ like Tito says but he could become solid. He needs time though and i think that is really obvious, he should just keep training and fight about once every 6 months to gauge his progress until he is ready to fight some legit competition
