Let's assume...just for a second, that I'm buying into this "I circled and avoided exchanges" BS...



WTF was he NOT exchanging for when BOTH of Quarry's hands were tied into position while he was dicking around in the last thirteen seconds or so? Why not kick at him while he's doing the running man thing?



He was scared and he's pulling some bullsh!t excuses. At least at the end of the third round he could have ATTEMPTED something while Quarry's mind was off the fight.

"circling" (he can barely call it that) is a completely different thing than what he was doing.

Anderson Silva circled and threw the jab against Leben.
Starnes did not circle and work the jab.


and if you're a fighter you are here to fight, win or lose. Many many many great fights even getting their asses handed to them have continued to engage until it was over and left with respect.

To me, Nate won this fight before the fight even begin. So, I think we all can defeat Starnes if we fight him. All we have to do is intimidate him before the fight to get his legs shaking, then when the fight starts, he will run and we will win. Easily, heh?
