think he is good or gonna suck in Ufc, i mean we seen some good fighter not make it in ufc so i guess we will wait n see if he is the next to fail.

It's hard to tell right now, looks like his credentials are good, and he's a wrestler so his style should adjust well to the cage. I'm concerned that only training part time could hurt him when fighting opponents who train full time.

A decent wrestler who can actually deal some damage on the ground alone is a threat to a lot of fighters. If Shane is as good as Marquardt says, then maybe the HW division in the UFC is slowly building up.

I think he can be good, but out of the up and comers it will either be him or Cain Velasquez that is the next superstar in the heavyweight division, from what I have heard it is more likely to be Velasquez.

UFC needs to sign a bunch of these young, mid-level guys and bring them along. That way they're bound to get a diamond in the rough or two, and the division will slowly build itself back up.

You never hear of any young hyped heavyweights, except maybe Antonio Silva. Here's hoping the ufc can bring along some young talent to the division, that's really been the same guys for the past 7-8 years on top.
