Tim Sylvia isnt very talented himself and him and Jeff Monson will just be too guys with not alot of talent fighting so it could go either way.

Anderson Silva is a killer and I can see him knocking out Rich Franklin and taking the belt. I'll take Rich in this one though.

George Piere has been in the game a long time but he is comming of a injury

So look past George who else has a real chance our even can be considered a contender

by the way you prove my point by your answer on Franklin yea Silva can but it won't.

whoever wins i hope someone else comes in to take the winner out(hopefully vera) cause they are both shit

tim sylvia is so one dimentional and has little to no ground skills he has never won against anyone truly good unless you consider andrei good and he shit himself during a fight (no joke) not to mention his fights are so ****ing boring and you get to see the flab on him go up and down when he does win and the mother ****er had the balls to talk shit about fedor hahahah

Monson is so overrated for his 16 win streak in which he didnt defeat any tough opponents and only three of those wins were in the ufc the rest were in no name events

I agree that he'd have an easy time passing Tim's guards but that only if he takes Tim to the ground. Its seems lately lke the only way to take time to the ground is the rock him with a clean punch and where talking about a huuuuge height diffrence (5'9-6'8) or something like that. I use to be so positve Silvia would win thsi fight but who knows Monson may pull an upset. As for Hughes vs GSP im thinking GSP will win after seeing Hughes last pisspoor preformance (although he won it was a very pitiful fight in the fisrt 2 rounds). Hughes is lucky Penn gassed.

Wow, what a simple outlook. So because the champions haven't been beaten lately cept AA, and in your opinion, won't be beaten soon, the UFC has no talent? Did you watch the Parisyan v. Sanchez fight (they might not beat Hughes right now but they displayed a level of talent that led me to believe they at least had a brown belt in karate each)? I could name other fights I have enjoyed and you can reply back with a list of fights that stunk on ice. Thats the nature of the business. If you combined the talent pool of UFC and PRIDE there would be some great matches and some shitty matches and then a dominating champ will hold his belt for a while and people will get on Forums and say "Maaan, the UFPRIDE has no talent." 3 UFC champions command respect no matter what organization you would use to choose their opponent. And when they beat someone that doesn't mean they weren't facing talented competition, that mean's that they are that F-ing good and whoever beats them is a F-ing beast. Rich Franklin fought a talented fighter in David Loiseau and in the process of beating DL, Rich Franklin broke his hand in the second round and went three more while taking some shots himself but he continued to punish DL so much that I believe it effected him in his next fight (taking nothig away from Swick). That is how good Franklin is. If you dismiss a fighter because they got beat by the champ then good because that means I enjoy this sport more then you do.

I really hope Georges kicks Matt's ass next month and takes the title. I've been a huge fn of both fighters, but after seeing Matt onTUF the other night i lost a lot of respect for him. Kidding of not, he was being a prick. I mean wtf? " Din i can see what you're saying over there. It's not like you have small lips..." I hope Hughes gets his ass kicked...his head is getting a little too big these days.
