I think it's Brazilian Top Team.
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira
Antonio Rogerio Nogueira
Ricardo Arona
Paulo Filho
Murilo Bustmante
Mario Sperry
Luiz "Buscape" Firmino
That's a pretty tough squad to beat right there. No champions as of right now, but a couple of ex champs and some potential future champs in Filho, Arona, and Lil Nog.
Miletich is a close 2nd IMO, then followed by Chute Box

yeah i'd have to say militech is the most obvious answer. they have 3 belts there right now. they have the only (atleast until tonite lw champ) spencer fischer could become a lw champ one day. jeremy horn is a machine. so its hard to look past them. chute boxe is probably my favorite though. if i could train any where thats where i would pick to go. i posted a thread about team punishment being the team to look out for in the next couple years. i have to say the team that fell off the most has to be team quest. they have been on a serious losing streak.

If Franklin goes to Militech and is considered a full time Militech fighter I'd take Militech. But right now he's not Militech, Horn left, and Pulvers not a champion anymore and never will be again. They got some young guys and 2 champs one of which is pretty shitty for a champ. So I would put Militech at number 2. BTT is number one IMO and Chute Box is 3. Couture retiring really hurt Team Quest and they are no longer in this discussion. Punishments on the rise but they're not their yet.

Its tought to say.
I think Militech is good, Chute Boxe is pretty good, BTT is overrated imo i mean none of there fighters can win really dominate a division (Nog got destroyed by Josh Barnet). Team Punishments got some pretty good fighters right now to, Tito,Kendall, I think Dean Lister, Hamill's not to god pretty sloppy imo.
I donno its really a tough call.

thats who franklin rolls with though. he pretty much is part of that team. they come out together. they train together. so like i said the way i see it, they have three belts, at three weight classes, and the ex-champ at lw. and they have up and comers so imo due to those facts they are the best. btt has good guys but they arent champions. chute boxe has 2 champions so imo they are second.
