New Champs
Last night we saw 2 new champions crowned in 2 great fights. Anderson Silva destroyed Franklin. It was fairly close and then Silva got the Muay Thai clinch and after that it was over. So what im getting at is, who do you think will be holding the WW and HW title belts after the next UFC? Myself i oculd easily see Hughes and Sylvia loosing. Which would mean no team Miletich fighters would have title belts in the UFC.
Thoughts?

I could see Matt and Tim losing, anythings possible. I like it when someone else wins a title, stirs things up.

Matt's the king and I predict a 2/3 rd tko/sub and Tim is just too big for monson.

I'm the total opposite of this guy, GSP is my king and I think he will come out and dominate standing up, and his takedown defense will be top notch. Monson is small but hes one powerfully little guy (ripped little guy), and I can defintly see him taking Sylvia down and submitting him, Tim isn't that great on the ground especially on his back. I'm predicting two new champions for this UFC.

ye gsp does have a good chance of beating hughes but hughes always has a way of coming out on top. i like both fighters so this one is a toss up for me.

I think his ways of coming out on top are over, I am in no way taking anything away from Hughes, he's a great champion. I just think St.Pierre will be too much for him to handle this time.

My guess is that Matt Hughes will lose, and Tim Sylvia will win. I am NOT a Sylvia fan btw.

I may be going out on a limb here but does anyway else thinks it is possible that Sylvia is too tall for Monson, instead of Monson being to short. He's so used to throwing punchs and kicks at big guys, his shortness might really throw him off. And since Monson is like up to his bloody waist going in for a double leg/single leg takedown may not be as hard as you'd think, especially because hes so strong. And then submit him on the ground....anyone?
