On a semi back on topic post, I wonder if Franklin had any ribs broken? His site doesn't have anything yet.

Rich prolly had his nose straightened after some x-rays to make sure the mucous membranes ok.Sure it looks bad bad a nose can be straightened pretty easily.I had mine broke in 4 places and prolly looked as bad as that Robbie person.It hurts a lot worse getting it straightened that it does breaking it.I took a line drive playing short stop after a bad bounce.I guarantee his ribs hurt a lot worse then the nose.After the swelling went down people don t believe me hen I tell them I broke my nose that badly,I couldn t even wear my glasses until it was straightened.I have pics somewhere and will post a before and after shot,a good doctor makes all the difference.

Silva does the splits? This is not a Bruce Lee movie.

If Rich double legs Silva, Silva has three options, as any fighter knows. He can sprawl and fire off knees (which would leave Rich with a busted head), he could go for a guillotine, either sprawling or going into the full guard, or he could drop into full guard where he has any number of basic and complex BJJ submissions to tap out Franklin's pitfully underprepared ass.

Franklin had no chance going into this fight, because he didn't prepare himself. He thought that he could just t-off on Silva like he did on guys like Tanner, but that can't be done with a great martial artist like Silva.

What you don't seem to understand is that Silva is a better fighter!

It's not that he just has better submissions or better knees or better accuracy, he is a better mixed martial artist. Period.

iron pants i said double was an option.which while a knee is up that is an easy move.u cant sprawl when a knee is up.so this proves again to the guys you dont know shit..and if you could read i said the proper move was a tight body lock and a judo hip throw or bjj trip...very easy ask Carlos Newton he clinched carlos twice and he got taken down with a single leg both times where he ended up on his back scrambling like hell..still again Carlos took him down 6 times easily..hes not the second coming..ANd rich is not a tenth that bad...again u probably have never trained so now i understand your dumb return
