Here's my take. If any of you have taken a GOOD eye poke, you know that it makes it VERY difficult to fight effectively - between blurry and double vision, you're going to suck.
Since the guy had REPEATEDLY poked him in the eye, having been warned about it, if he keeps doing it until the guy can't fight, then it should be a DQ.
After the fight, he acted like it was nothing, and it wasn't his fault because he'd broken his wrist a few times. Well, too bad, that doesn't hold water. He is a professional fighter, and when he steps in the ring, it is *his responsibility* to make sure that he follows the safety rules. If he is incapable of following the safety rules, then he shouldn't be in the ring.
