I'm still a Shogun fan. I just re-watched his fight with LIttle Nog b/c I finally got it on DVD and it was very fun. His chin is really good man

Excuse me.
I have never left Shogun's side. In fact I'm probably the biggest fan of his gym on this forum.
You cut me deep with that one SIC.
Also welcome back Jdun.
I think BJ is defiantly moving back toward the top of LW however Eddie Alvarez might be jumping him and Gomi soon.
Shogun should be back before 09 and he just had another knee surgery a couple of weeks ago to clean stuff up.
I think he will be back soon and where he used to be because UDL is shaping up to be a very good camp.
Fedor is to much for Couture however I think Barnett could be some real trouble for Fedor.

Can Eddie Alvarez even make 155?? Doesnt he fight at 163 or 161?? Even if he did I dont see him beating BJ, after seeing what he did to Sherk if he faught GSP in that type of shape I would have to give him the edge even over Rush

Nobody really talks about Shogun because there's nothing to discuss. He's been injured and wants to fight Chuck. That's about it.
I still like Shogun, by the way, and yes, his fight with Rogerio was awesome.

O yea I guess you missed it. Eddie at 154 dominated the DREAM LWGP until a cut from Kawajiri in the semifinal kept him from fighting Aoki in the final.
Alvarez beat my boy Dida, Then had a FOTY with Hansen, and Then had another FOTY with Kawajiri.
The guy has real good boxing and might be better than BJ on the feet and with his wrestling background it could be tough for him to get Eddie down. I would still pick BJ but Eddie is getting close both ranking wise and who I would pick in a fight.

Yea I didnt see any of the GP, actually I did see him beat Dida. He looked real good in the at fight. I heard his fight with Kawajiri was sick too, gotta see it today.
I cant believe I missed Aoki busting out a gogo from mount, how sick is that.
Didnt Eddie get whooped like 3-4 fights ago though?? I wanna say Josh Thompson, not sure tho.

Ya, me either. I hope its soon, as long as he is fully ready. I was hoping for Shogun Rampage 2, but that's not looking good anymore. Maybe Jardine?

Nice to see you jdun11. Its been too long.
As for your other question, Shogun hasn't done anything lately to keep people excited about him. He been out for a for a while and doesn't look like he will be back soon. When he does return he might end up looking like Evan Tanner after his two year abscense.
