Davisty, another top guy? Who was the other top guy at LHW lol? Also he isn't gunning for the belt, he said it belongs to Machida.

oh ok i understand.

do you think he'll be thinking/saying the same thing about the LHW belt if machida loses to silva? if that happens wouldnt that open the door up for him to attempt to take it?

Possibly, but these damn Brazilians are so ridiculously loyal. Plus I don't really see Machida losing to Thiago, I think it's a pretty good match for him.

Do you think Chuck will go all diva about not being the main event at 88?

Favorite Fighters by Weight Class:

WW GSP (I'm a closet Hughes fan)

I guess he wasn't the main event in December show (79?), so I guess he won't care.

Silva by first round destruction, I'm not sure if he will go back up to 205 after this I think it depends on the health of Okami.

Chuck ain't no diva and his last fight at UFC 79 he and Wand were the co-main event that was headlined by Hughes-St. Pierre. I say Chuck is no diva- one because of his background and two just recently at an event he helped corner a fighter just because the guy needed one(I can't remember his name but he wasn't a hugely well known fighter) and Chuck instantly agreed and was doing the slop work for the kid. That's not diva like qualities.

EDIT: Just saw your second post- there ya go.

Wow 88 could actually be a really good event if all the rumored matches come through:

Silva/Cote
Liddell/Evans
Franklin/Hamill
Hendo/Palhares
Parisyan/Yoshida

Thats a solid card even if the main event and co-main event have predictable outcomes.

Gonzaga vs dos Santos - UFC on VS
Vera vs Jones - UFC on VS
Bibs vs Hansen - Dream 13
GSP vs Hardy - UFC 112
Gomi vs Florian - UFN 21
Nelson vs Struve - UFN 21

Yes, yes he is. I think if you were looking for someone to get KTFO by Chuck he'd be a pretty good choice.
