More specifically EvanTanner won the UFC Middleweight Championship title at UFC 51 (Feb 2005), defeating David Terrell by a 1st round TKO.

Evan then lost the belt to Rich"Ace"Franklin at UFC 53.

Yeah, Ken had a "SuperBelt" title .. not sure if that counts.

He won it in 1995 defeating Dan Severen He kept it for a couple of fights (Oleg Taktarov and Kimo Leopoldo.)

But then in 1996 he lost the belt via judges decision in a rematch with Dan Severn.

Well I like Pedro and I believe he has earned a poor rep because he lost to Roman Zentsov badly and that match against Ricco was bad too. But he nearly beat Couture at UFC 31.

Ken Shamrock did win a super title which I think counts as a title. But if you mean weight class title, he, Royce, Dan, they are up there too.

I think so. He can beat Hughes and Penn. Maybe not St. Pierre but definitely the other two.
