Yeah I was beginning to think they wouldn't show it at all. It came around the last 8 minutes of the show.

With Lesnar/Herring I think it was just a time issue- normally the main event guys get around 30 minutes of air time and then the next big one gets about half that- so with commercials it leaves little time for the third match up.
Being a huge GSP fan it sometimes makes it harder when you like the guy your "guy" is fighting. I don't like Kos, Hughes and Serra(though I came to like him a little more after their second fight) so this is the first time in awhile GSP is fighting someone I actually like. Fitch's story is a great one- hard working guy with a class attitude it's hard not to give him respect. I think I'll focus on his snarl thingy he does as I think it looks dopey because that's about all I don't like about the guy. I think GSP will still wear him down and win in the later rounds but I have to give respect to Fitch.
Huerta was actually on a local sports station yesterday and came off pretty humble and engaging. Sometimes in those types of interviews you can get a good sense of a guy's character(Kos was on a few weeks back- and yup he's a cock) and Huerta said some of same things about growing up and did refer to the "cakewalk" comment which got butchered in that earlier interview.
BTW- as a betting tip- I dunno if you want to trust this- but the fighters that have been interviewed on this show for the past 7 weeks are 7-0 in their next fight. Interesting...

Maybe it was just me, but they didn't cover any GSP at all Tons of fitch, lots of huerta, good bit of Kenny, and like no more on Lesnar/Herring than what's already on the website, kind of a boring countdown imo

I thought it was pretty good and did show Florian, Huerta and Fitch a lot which I liked because I have not seen much about them on tv so it was good.
Have to agree with others and says that I do have a lot of respect for both Fitch and Huerta, I'm a big fan of GSP and Florian but now not sure who I will be hoping to win. Hopefully they both put on a great show.

Man, I never knew Huerta had it that bad. No wonder the dude is a freakin' animal in the cage, he has nothing more to fear.

I was just reading one of the sites I go to and it does a review on the countdown shows, and I agreed with it said maybe the UFC didn't want to do a lot on that fight because the UFC thinks Brock is going to lose.

I think the program only skimmed over GSP, Lesner and Herring because they have already had countdown pieces done on them.
GSP for Serra 2, Lesner for Mir, and Herring for Kongo.
