There's quite a few that could possibly do it but Alves comes to mind first.
He's hard to take down. he's pretty good at getting up when he does get taken down. And he seriously has a good chance of getting the TKO victory.
I'd have to see BJ fight at 170 to say if I really think he has a good chance. At the moment I don't.

Obviously Penn and Alves but I don't think either will.
People talk about how much BJ has changed but lets not forget how far GSP has come and how good his wrestling and ground game is now.

I don't see how anyone could doubt BJ. He's a beast. How many times have u seen him take a beating?
But just for the sake of it I'll throw a name out there,
Nick Diaz.

I'll tell you what REALLY impressed me about BJ. I know he can hit hard. I know he can roll on the ground like none other. But in his fight against Sherk, Sherk's hands were SO FREAKING FAST that I couldn't believe it... but BJ would seemingly CASUALLY, almost SLOWLY slide to the side of them, and pop Sherk in the face for his trouble... and made it look like nothing.
That man has the reflexes of a freaking cat. I really think that if he shows up with his A-game, GSP's standup isn't going to be very effective, and as good as GSP is on the ground... it's pretty hard to bet against BJ at grappling.

Nick Diaz?? Comon, you guys aren't serious. He lost against most of the good guys in the UFC (riggs, sherk, parysian, sanchez..). I definitely don't see him beat GSP.

I know it was a stretch, but i like diaz. I think he could dirty it up a little bit, then who knows. I think it would take some what of a brawler to just get in there and mess GSP up. Game plans ain't gonna work, taking your time is not gonna do it. Get in an bang. Diaz all the way, plus he has the jitsu to back it up.

I was impressed with BJ's standup as well in that fight, but it looked like Sherk has stubby arms like a T-Rex.
BJ was always on the outside of them, so I think striking without such a reach advantage could make things much different
