Slams in the UFC

I am pretty new to mma but I have been wondering about a thing. and that is when for example matt hughes slams one of his opponents to the ground, he usually slams them on their back I believe but would it be allowed for him to slam his oppononet on his head or neck because that could kill someone... Are there any rules in the UFC about this? (because there should be..)

The rules state that you can not slam someone on their head in a spike piledriver motion.

Frank Shamrock slamming Igor Zinoviev on the back of his head/neck was pretty sick looking. Easily the most vicious slam I have ever seen in the UFC.
