Freakin hilarious. I think as womens MMA progresses more and more Dana will have no option but to open a division. He would be losing money and stupid not too. Right now its still young and lacking depth as far as really talented fighters but it wont be for long

The hell with women fighting MMA, it's disgusting and I hope Dana maintains his dignity and continues to disallow a division.

I have no sour grapes with womens mma but they have a long looooooooooooooooong way to go before they come even close to the UFC. As long as featherweight and bantamweight, two divisions who have their shit together way more then womens mma, arent in the UFC neither will they. Your being way to optimistic towards womens mma and u gotta look at it with obectivity instead of "i am women hear me roar".
NOW GET BACK IN THE KITCHEN AND GET TO SCRUBBIN BITCH!!! LOLJK

I think Shields definately would go to the UFC. He wants GSP. (be careful what you wish for)
I think most of the lightweights will go to DREAM. Maybe Alvarez goes UFC.
I think Lawler goes to Affliction, fights Lindland, then comes back to the UFC.
I pretty sure Bigfoot will go to Affliction.
Kimbo is a toss-up. I wouldn't put it beyond Dana to bring him in feed him to Lesnar, Velasquez, and maybe somebody lower like O'brian. Also Dana may just stick with this guy sucks, and forget him.

If ProElite went out of business, it would be a huge, huge deal, since they own a lot of the MMA World.
If EliteXC went out of business, I could see the UFC making strong bids for Jake Shields, Cung Le, Kimbo, KJ Noons, Junior Silva and perhaps Robbie Lawler.

Jake Shields, Antonio Silva and Cung Le are pretty safe bets, especially Le, who Dana has recently said on record that he wants in the UFC.
Maybe they would sign Kimbo just to have him destroyed in the octagon a couple of times and kill the hype, so that no other organization could make money on him anymore. But any long term deal with him seems unlikely, because I don't think the UFC have any HW that he could hang with.

Dana would be very smart to feed Kimbo to Lesnar b/c he'd make a shitload of money and (theoretically) kill the hype.

Womens MMA? Seriously? I'm fine with them fighting if they want (equal rights and all), i just don't want to watch it.
Womens boxing? zzz
WNBA? "They can't dunk but they have amazing ball handling skills!!" zzzzz
LPGA? It's golf....on TV....with chicks who aren't as good....need i say more? Golf only works when im playing it and have a bag full of beer.
Just doesn't interest me.
