If ELITEXC does go out of business (its starting to look that way anyways) its likely there fighters will scatter across the four winds. Some will go to AFFLICTION, some to DREAM, and of course, some to UFC. Which fighters from ELITEXC do you hope to see UFC get there hands on?

You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam

Yeah i would not be shocked if the ufc took kimbo. Even though he more than likely will not win one fight, because of his "popularity" he would bring Dana more money.

prolly Kimbo.

i think they would roll with Kimbo vs Lesnar...

Hype-wise it would be a sick fight.

I mean....

i used to be a badass in worked fights VS i used to be a badass against untrained guys.

In all seriousness, both Kimbo and Lesnar are hugely popular and the fight would probably draw.

Other than Kimbo, Shields and Lawler.

Antonio Silva, Rafael Feijao, Lawler, Ninja, Shields, Diaz, Noons, and Yves

I didnt include Melendez, Thomson, Shamrock, or Le b/c they are all Strikeforce which I dont think would fold with Elite.

Gonzaga vs dos Santos - UFC on VS
Vera vs Jones - UFC on VS
Bibs vs Hansen - Dream 13
GSP vs Hardy - UFC 112
Gomi vs Florian - UFN 21
Nelson vs Struve - UFN 21

I would say definitely Kimbo- quite honestly Dana would get the two-for-one bargain in marketing out of this.
1- First Kimbo fight would have all the rabid youtube fans that worship him in a freaking lather over Kimbo being in the UFC. The PPVs would be astronomical.
2- Dana would feed him to the toughest opponent possible and after 2 probable losses(that were still great PPVs buys for those fans) he could discard Kimbo if he so chose and then get to make his point that Kimbo isn't a real fighter and he doesn't belong- proving his point. Dana/UFC gets to make some big cash and then get to show everyone that Kimbo never belonged in the first place. I mean Dana is normally such a gracious guy anyway.

Others: Cung Le(I want), Lawler(if possible), Big Foot, Noons, Shields, Shamrock(doubtful), Ninja, Villasenor and I'm probably forgetting a few.
