Proper training for many body types?
I was just wondering since alot of you seem pretty knowledgeable about training regiments what would be the proper beginner regiments for different body types. For example, I am 6'2", 260 lbs and enjoy cardio but have a roughed up left knee from football. I don't want this whole thred to be about me but I would like some tips.
Then discuss other body types and proper beginner training for them as well.
