remember there is a sweet preassure point on the top of the foot easy to hit when doing an ankle lock if you can get away with it

I am not sure where there listing him as but he is going as welterweight in UFC 61 and that is Yves Edwards. I thought he was originaly a lightweight but he is facing 170 lb Joe Stevenson. I think Edwards should be going for the lightweight title (which they don't even have listed on the title holders page) but he could possibly be a opponent for Hughes if they're looking for somebody new to face him.

I noticed the huge weight differance too hopefully its the site that needs updating and its not accurate on the weight otherwise Joe has a huge and unfair advantage.

I think Hughes is too skilled to be threatened by Yves Edwards id rather see Yves fight someone more his own weight.

Well my question is there even a lightweight belt? I know they were talking about for a while but I haven't seen it yet. And if there is I think Yves is the most deserving to hold the belt.

well if they add something they should not just give it to a fighter, they should hold a seris of matches like in the old days tournament style... I think that would be one way to make UFC a bit more exciting. Its easy to win one match when you have months to prepare for it.. but 3 or 4...? thats what made guys like Gracie legends in the Octagon

Nice to see Chris Jericho love in this thread also nice to see I'm not the only person who hates BJ. As for Hughes next title defense I think it's all but offical that it's going to be against GSP after he beat BJ. I don't think GSP is going to win however, I'd like for it but I doubt it.

Stevenson dropped down to LW.

The LW belt is currently vacant. I guess they are going to push a title fight between the winner of Edwards/Strevenson and Sherk, from what I have read.

I still want to see Ludwig in the LW mix. A fight between Bang and Yves would be awesome.
