Rich is widely recognized for his workouts. Rogan has said more than once that Sean Sherk is probably the only fighter that works harder.

both workouts are sick but i think rich has the slight edge in intensity and conditioning, but what do i know lol

I don't know what EPO is, but I assume he spars/rolls/does plyo/runs or whatever at other times?

I dont like to put anyone down or brag but he was using girly weights. I am much stronger. My arms are much bigger than Rich and I have an awesome six pack. My back is a perfect v. The only bulge in my lower waist or crotch area is my bowling ball like glutes
