He's in the WEC and i'm pretty sure he lost there after getting dropped by the UFC....
just checked the WEC website and he isn't listed as a fighter maybe he was dropped by them too.

I know Tommy has some fans because he was on TUF and all, but seriously, he just isn't that good. If he was in the UFC, he would never develop as a fighter, because he'd spend too much time getting whomped on instead. Physically he has some good tools, and once he develops the technical side a bit more he could be a serviceable fighter.

he is signed to the WEC, but he hasn't fought there yet on his new contract. i think he'll actually do pretty well, the WEC's welterweight division is nowhere near the level of the UFC's and he won his last fight in WEC before appearing on the TUF show.
