Better yet, you should make it a point to find AA and say that to his face, see how well he "tolerates" that. Absolutely amazing what some people will say.
Totally agree. This ain't WWE. When you have been in that situation, injured yourself and have to carry on it takes a lot of balls especially with the caliber of fighter AA had in front of him. AA is one hard bastard as Tim was working on that knee throughout the fight aswell.

Violence solves everything!

Was it the knee or was it the Belarus mafia and the 3-1 odds in favor of AA???

All I know is the lesson I learned is that I will never again bet on a big favorite with any sort of real or perceived ties to the Russian underground.

That being said, I was a big fan of AA before the Sylvia debacle and hope that he comes back strong and proves himself to be a worthy champion.

Dude, that is a great point. Over the years I have placed hundreds of sports bets and I have won my fair share, but of the 27% of the bets I have lost, the mafia was behind every single one them. You are preachin to the choir brother! ESPECIALLY this 2004 Giants/Rockies game where the Giants were favored -400. I shit you not, the mafia (probably the gay mafia (S.F.)) got to Jason Schmidt and he pitched a terrible game. Some people hassle me about proof of my claim but I just show them the odds, it had to be the mafia.

anyone whos ever played a sport understands there is a difference between playing injured and playing hurt....if you can walk and swing your still in it...you still do what you can

its not as though he tore his acl/mcl and fractured his tibia...these guys are tough..thats why they do what they do for a living

There's a lot of different scenarios that could play out...but I'd like to see this happen.

Sylvia takes on Monson at 65 right...ok. As much as I have to give it to Tim for beating AA two times in a row, I just can't get into his reign. So, with that being said I hope The Snowman gets him down in say....hmmm...Round 2 and pounds him out from the mount position. New Champion.

Ok, also at 65 we have Brandon Vera stepping in there with Frank Mir. The winner of this match is pretty much the automatic number one contender.

Have Monson take on the Vera/Mir winner when both competitors are ready. I think it would be interesting because Mir & Vera both have the tools to beat Monson. So, once again - I'd like to see a new champion.

THEN, this sets up Arlovski's next shot at the gold, granted he keeps winning as well.

That's what I'd like to see happen because NO ONE wants to see Sylvia/Arlovski 4.

i'm a monster
i'm a maven
i know this world is changin'
never gave in
never gave up
i'm the only thing i'm afraid of

Sorry, now that I read it again I can see the tongue in cheek.

Actually I was wondering if the mafia fixed my first marriage after reading that. LOL
