Who is the 2nd best LHW fighter in the UFC?

NOW PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS.
I'm not asking you to base this on how you would do a rankings. Like Fighter A has 4 wins in a row, so he is doing better than Fighter B who has 2 losses in a row. If you still think that Fighter B is better than Fighter A, even with his 2 losses in a row, that's who I want to know about.

So for example, Chuck just lost to Rashad - but if you think Chuck would beat Rashad most of the time, and he is the 2nd best LHW fighter, i'm not going to argue about it.

Wanderlei lost to Chuck, do I think Chuck is a better fighter? No, I think Chuck is a bad style for Wand.

So, Who is the 2nd best Light Heavyweight in the UFC?

Again, THIS IS NOT WHO YOU RANK 2nd in the Light Heavyweight division, it's who you think is the 2nd best Light Heavyweight Fighter.

anyone of those guys could lose to any other on any given night. (Some of them have)

Since Rashad hasn't been beat yet, I guess it would only make sense to put him @ #1 or #2
