from what i've seen from both of them

conditioning: even rashad has great cardio as well he just keeps coming

striking: tito something rashad needs to improve on

wrestling/takedowns: rashad he's a better wrestler no doubt about it

strength: not sure but it looks like rashad is the stronger i think, but i might be wrong if tito is stronger it's not by much at all

experience: tito easily he's faced people like coture and liddel, but hasn't managed to beat either

i think rashad would pull off the upset against tito

Karo Parisyan
Wanderlei Silva
Frank Edgar
Gray Maynard

Tito would punch Rashads head through the floor before the ref could have a chance to stop it

wait wait...people actually think Rashad could take Tito?? lol

IF Rashad was put on his back (which would definately happen) Tito would mangle him.

Whereas, if Tito was put on his back, (which is very plausible) Rashad would do little to no damage, and the fight would stand back up.

Too many people on this site are brainwashed by the hype and the so called "personality" of some of these fighters.

Tito is only so-so...he's clumsy, slow and predictable.

Again putting Rashad to his back would require a wrestler with the skill. Rashad was a NCAA Division 1 wrestler and Tito was a Junior College wrestler. that, in terms of wrestling, puts Rashad way ahead of Tito with takedowns and takedown defense. Rashad would not do as much damage as Tito could but I think his wrestling would beat tito because i dont think tito can take him down. Skills make a fight and Rashad would beat Tito where he is strongest, in his wrestling. If Tito were smart he would keep the fight on his feet cause I think he's a busier striker than Rashad, not better (id say they were the same, rashads not a bad striker but i think he knows where his strengths lie) but busier.

He is predictable, when he gets in the ring with fighters without the initials "C.L" you can predict he's gonna beat that ass!!!

It would be a good fight but I don't know if Rashad can hang with Tito at this point. Tito has been on a roll since his loss to Liddell and he even went on a hiatus between. He's dominated Shamrock in both fights (which doesn't say as much as it really could) and he went 3 rounds with Griffin (bad decision or not, he still won).

Plus Ortiz could train on his wrestling with Hamill who is a good wrestler in his own right (and after seeing his performance on Fight Night, that's about the only thing he's good at). If Ortiz is able to take Rashad down, I would have to say it would be over quickly.

Now if you give this fight a year or two, I might have a different opinion.

i think ortiz would be in better shape
even if he lost the 1st round or two hed wear rashard down with better strikes (who cares if your on your back if your inflicting more damage) then in the late 2nd or 3rd...ortiz is just gettin warm while rashards tank is on empty...

...advantage tito

Your credibility just went to negative 10 after this thread.
