I cant see this fight going past the first round, but the longer it goes on the more it will favour Silva. If Cote drops a bomb and Silva takes it and carries on then Cote will have no idea how to proceed.

Thanks to Plazz for the awesome sig

...MalkyBoy...well said. Rich Franklin caught Anderson with a couple of good shots in their 2nd fight. With that said, the fight ended in devasting fashion just as the 1st one did. End of story.

wow come to think of it..its pretty clever... say sacrifice that one point deducted for a low blow..of course acting as if it were an accident but really intentionally it was a part of your game plan to slow down Silva physically... man but that's a dirty way to win... hopefully opponent's wont need to cheat to win Silva...

...Hey Steph...glad your Aunt is a survivor. I know the feeling after being shot in the chest by a sniper at Fort Bragg and luckily surviving it. So on a personal level, I'm with ya bro. When it comes to Cote beating Silva though...bro I just don't see it happening. Anderson has proven himself against some great Strikers, Wrestlers and Jiu Jitsu guys. Once Silva beats Cote, I think Anderson Silva will be at Fedor Emelianenko's status as pound for pound, "Nobody wants to fight him".

Well clearly Kimbo > Silva, so if a weak jab KO'ed Kimbo it should work for Silva....

I kid....I kid....

Cote does have a chance just like any fighter. If he wins this it would probably go down as the biggest upset in the UFC. Cote could land the perfect shot, he could catch Silva in something he doesn't like, maybe he could even make Silva make a mistake.

I just typed that and hadn't thought of it before. Maybe the only way to really beat Silva is by making him make a mistake. Lay a trap for him of some type. Then again I'd rather not put myself out there as bait which is what you would have to do.

So in conclusion there are ways to beat him, Cote will get a chance to try to show us what those ways are because currently we have no f-ing clue.
