Tim Sylvia came in at 252 in his fight with Ricco Rodriguez (I just checked the DVD). He is a little heavier now but he IS NOT 280 pounds. Tim is tall but he is not really muscular or thick. He has a lanky frame. Similiar to taller guy's like Wes Sims (6'10) and Semmy Schilt (6'11), both of whom weigh a lot less than 260.

I still read that to say the heaviest he ever was was 214, and he was only 210 when it came time to cut weight. I thought it was a situation the OP was looking for.
