Fedor Vs Randy Couture?

Is there any chance that Fedor and Couture will ever fight?

Or is there any chance that Fedor will ever come to the UFC?

of course theirs a chance, not sure about how good of one tho...fedor's management want a nonexclusive contract and the UFC doesn't do that....

I actually think if Randy loses this lil HW tourny the fight may happen more...since Dana won't want Randy as the HW belt holder losing to Fedor, then having Fedor walk away.....but if Randy isn't the champ, they fight, and Fedor wins, then you can't say Fedor beat the champion of the UFC

Thats very true. I think Couture would lose to Lesnar and Nog and I wonder if Dana wants that to happen so that it can be like a 1 fight deal.
The downside is that when/if they fight and when Randy loses Dana White is gonna say that Couture is washed up or something.

If it were to happen it appears it would have to be a co-promotion with Affliction because Atencio said he has extended Fedor's contract.

I think after Day of Reckoning a co-promoted show would be absolutely huge if the UFC would just do it

If he loses two fights in a row at his age that pretty much is the definition of wash out.

So if he loses to Nog(#2 HW in the world) and then loses to Fedor(#1 HW in the world) he is washed up? I guess I don't understand

Yes, because he would then need to win probably 2 or 3 fights to get back into title contention at which point he would be how old?
