Tito's future? The belt around his waist.

I agree that his last 3 fights weren't impressive. A bad showing against Forrest, and a cheezy opponent in Shamrock.
But did you see how ****ing strong he was against Shamrock?

You know this guy takes the game more seriously than anyone, and that determination could possibly win him the belt against Chuck.

But I'm a Tito fan so my opinion is probably a little biased.

Im a Tito fan too, but like the guy before was getting at, in fairness, taking Ken Shamrock down was probably a hell of alot harder when he was in his prime than it is at his age now

agreed he was beaten but as he thanked Tito for fighting him he said "thank you for this, we made our money" it was a publicity stunt for them to make their money no matter who wins and they got sweet cars(TUF 3 Finale).

I cannot believe im hearing this, what if Tito loses, are you blind. Ken Shamrock didnt get dominated because he was old and terrible he got beat because Tito is that good. The guys in the prime of his career and his win over Vitor Belfort last year shows that he has progressed and gotten better. Watch for Tito to take it to Chuck, the guys and embarrasment to MMA.

Damn, that is the kind of stuff that just amazes me. I don't know how people can say that stuff. It's not even his opinion that he's stating, it's that the sport of MMA is embarrassed.

Wow this guy's new to MMA.

You should watch it some time, you might like it.

I’m right there with you on this one. I also thought Tito clearly won the fight with Forest 2 rounds to 1.

lol exactly! Where is the basis for Tito being in the prime of his career?? We need some proof people. He has done nothing impressive lately. The last fight he actually fought someone worth mentioning was Vitor Belfort which Tito won by a split decision back in Feb of 2005. That will be 2 years ago this next Feb. Since then all he has done is beat on old Shammy twice and barely beat Forrest. Chuck is a far better striker than Forrest and if Chuck lands punches like Forrest did on Tito it will be lights out. Some of these Tito fans act like they go to Titos training sessions or something lol. I'm not saying Tito doesnt have a chance against Chuck because he does but saying Tito is impressive lately or that he is in his prime without proof of Tito showing it is just throwing assumptions out there.

I think like every other one sided fight (on paper at least) people just want to take the side of the underdog and try to reason out why they think he'll win.

Chuck in the 2nd.

You have a valid point there.
I think you have a lot of tito love here because of how he was on tuf. He was a different person than we all expected he would be and I think that got him a lot of fans.

WINNER - 1st post.
Flawless Victory!!
