Trigg couldn't beat GSP, Matt Hughes, Lawler, or Carlos Condit. No way can he beat Silva.

well if he insults silva's family and upbringing, anything is possible.

If anything, Silva neutralized Hendo's clinch (see second round, where Dan had Anderson against the cage and failed to score a takedown). Silva was able to get double underhooks for a moment, which is when Henderson let go and Silva dropped Dan with his STRIKING. After being beaten to the ground, Dan got choked out.

The match that you're describing has yet to happen.
He owned him that first round the secound round he looked like ass but even he said it, it was due to a bad cut. hendo takes out anderson next time they cross paths.

THere was absoluely no ownage in the first round. Dan was inarguably losing the standup, so he took the fight to the ground. Silva landed in an akward position and latched on to a very makeshift half guard. The ONLY reason why he was stuck in that position for so long was because it was so weird (he was turned on the wrong side). The second that Dan passed to side control, Silva was able hip escape into guard.

If Dan was to win their second fight, he'd have to base his entire game plan around putting Silva in that backwards half guard five rounds in a row to grind out a decision.

Also, what cut is Henderson talking about? Maybe I should re-watch, but I don't even remember him being cut in that fight.

Highly opinionated but out of touch with the current MMA scene.

Trigg is a moron. He got knocked out by Robbie Lawler who is basically just a brawler with heavy hands.

Trigg gives up enormous reach, weight and he's dealing with a world class striker with impeccable technique and precision.

Trigg would lose and that is all

To Frank Trigg,

You have ZERO chance of winning. You are a complete idiot. You are undercard material at best.

Thank you.

This is actually one of the few ways someone would have a chance at beating Silva. I think Trigg is right and I respectfully agree.

With that said, however, Trigg is Not the one to implement it. I would like to see GSP use this, or possibly Franklin(lol).
