Question

why do we not have a 140 or 145 pound division in the ufc
is there a good answer for this.. or... what
i don't see a good reason why not
i also think there should be a 205 - like 225 pound division
what do you think

There's no 145 division in the UFC because that's what WEC is for. There aren't a lot of guys at that weight and if WEC and UFC had one there would be practically no one in them but by having it only in WEC they can get the best guys in one org.

they would only do that if they got rid of the wec I mean who would really watch the wec if the ufc had 145 and 135

Because the WEC has FW's and it is free.

Also MMA should consider splitting up HW's because some of them really aren't that big but right now they aren't so it's fine.

Plus lack of space and time on cards to add another division.

because zuffa is building up name recognition for the wec so they can charge for 2 ppv a month in the future.
