ofcourse have you seen him lately, the last year or two hes been probably atleast 20-25% body fat if not more. Easily could make 185.

Chuck has NEVER talked about dropping a weight class. He said himself he is too large to make anything lower than 205 before and it would take away alot of his core power and punching ability but has showed ALOT of interest in going up in weight which makes ALOT of sense.

Chuck could make a splash in the HW division for sure. He could take out CroCop more than likely (now that he is far from his prime) He would stomp the lower tier fighers like Hardonk and Sanchez probably dash through the likes of Jake O'Brien and Eilers. Offer more than an exciting match up with Coleman and after all that and some likely avoiding Lesnar and Gonzaga challenge Couture for the 4th bout in a brand new domain.

Chuck is far from done he just SERIOUSLY needs a new camp/hameplan. I love Hackleman but the old stuff isnt cutting it these days. Chuck has alot of tools under his belt but it doesnt seem like he brings them out lately especially against the lesser names which he doesnt really get hyped to fight.

Change camps refocus Chucks plan of attack back to what it was before the Tito fight and what he showed during the Wandy fight and we will indeed have a new and exciteing Chuck 2.0 on our hands to potentially take on a whole new division.

Ok. But where is the rumor of him actually dropping coming from? Was this reported anywhere?

I see Houston jumping Chuck really quick right out the gate and stealing a win in what would be a terrible match-up for Chuck........

So basicly your expecting Houston to overwhelm Chuck with his intense and aggressive striking? Yeah cause that worked well for Wanderlei who is a MUCH better striker who couldnt get in on Chuck. Chuck would keep his distance picking Houston apart with jabs and if the situation called for it Chuck would take Houston down jsut like he did Wandy.

One good shot is all it would take for Chuck to put Alexander away anyways his chin is EXTREMELY suspect at the moment anyways.

Chuck has yet to lose to ANYONE NEAR Houston Alexanders low low level of competition. Most people forget Chuck has only lost to very very solid competitors and he's not falling off the face of MMA yet.
