Maybe im an idiot but why not mw dont get me wrong I would love watching him get pounded at hw but hes got a lot of flab on him. I think he can easily cut to mw. Than he would have a size advantage over most of them.

Chuck Liddell needs to fight a can as and not be the main event. He needs to get back on his feet with some confidence. I think he should move up to HW, but not right now. I think he needs to fight 1 can at LHW in order to bring his game on the right tracks.

Kongo would brutally murder Chuck if they fought.

Kongo is a technically sound striker. What happens when someone technical forces Chuck to fight standing up?

We saw him get kicked a million times in the Jardine fight.

We saw him get TKO'd by Quinton Jackson.

We saw him get KO'd by Rashad Evans.

With Kongo's technically sound striking, Chuck's getting knocked out.

Chuck needs fighters to run at him wildly with hands swinging everywhere. Kongo wouldn't do that. That's a reason why Chuck matches up much better against Shogun, Babalu, and Wanderlei.

If Chuck fought the likes of Quinton Jackson, Lyoto Machida, Anderson Silva, or anybody else who has well defined Boxing/Kickboxing, it would end in brutal fashion.

Can you imagine how badly Lyoto Machida would pick Chuck apart? Lord have mercy.

Unless Chuck regains his light heavyweight title, he shouldn't even consider a move up to heavyweight. You got to dominate your own lower weight class first.

That's not true... Randy and Rich for example. The difference is Chuck would not be helped by a move to HW like they were.

I think Chuck would do well at heavyweight but i also think he could do fine at LHW still.... I think chuck needs to realize everyone is on to his game-plan and start mixing it up. He is a great wrestler and only uses it as defense if he worked on some ground and pound it would be a tool to mix things up... I'm sure he could take alot of guys down ESP if they aren't expecting him to shoot in... He is a purple belt in BJJ so i'm sure he's good enough on the ground to avoid submissions from top position. Just my 2 cents i think he needs a change in game plan not a change in camp or weight class.
