well that style of fighting is hard to really see as dominant, so it does look like a slim margin. Atleast to me it did :|

TBH I'm quite dissapointed but at the same time impressed by both fighters patience. I knew (& said in another thread) that if it came down to technical ability Bisping would take the fight but didn't realise Leben would try to outstrike him. Lebens best chance was to smother Bisping & wire in with those loopers but he decided to try & connect with something cerebral.

How can you say the fight was close?

Bisping connected a lot more cleanly, evaded Leben's attack really well and it was an easy decision imo.

I like both fighters, but am bumbed that Bisping had to fight this way to get the W. Personally, I think Leben won the fight. He kept landing a lot of leg kicks and a good amount of his strikes were landing, plus he was aggressive and pushed the pace. Yeah his face looked worse, but Leben seems to be bleeding somewhat at the end of every fight.

Would anyone at least agree with me that the majority of the 2nd round was pretty bisping back up and covering while leben was the only one throwing any strikes?

Maybe im just to big of a leben fan and not particularly fond of bisping.

"The one thing consist about Randy Couture is his consistancy."

Great fight IMO got the whole thing on my cell phone camera but Bisping used a smart gameplan albeit not as fun to watch when hes backing up the whole duration of the fight. I personally felt the fight could have gone either way and would be a split decision for Bisping as he did jsut a bit more but to make it a Unanimous decision IMO was BULL!

Mind you i wasnt watching the big screes i didnt take my eyes off the octagon once during this fight. I just dont see how they could have it unanmious for Bisping I definitly thought Leben got the edge in atlest round 2 especially with that end takedown. Ohwell he was gracious in defeat and its a good win for Bisping I hope he grwos from it and loses his cocky ass attitude because there was several times where he was litterally tripping over the cage to get away from Lebens hands.
