I'm indifferent to him.

I think a lot of people over rate him and I think a lot of people underrate him. I think he's got potential but hasn't been expanding his game enough to realize it. I think so far he's stayed fairly protected by the UFC in order to help expand the UK fanbase.

I'm really glad they're going to start putting him against fighters who can help him rank up and fight contenders.

This is how a REAL fighter acts after a win like that.

That's pretty much it right there. Not many people like an arrogant fighter.

Talking

After Bisping's "O-wow-i'm-famous-and-can-now-be-a-penis" attitude he pissed a lot of ppl off. This had nothing to do with being form another country. A dork is a dork, no matter where they are born, and carappy behabviour is the same as well. Since then he has been coached well, has had staff writers write press statemnts for him, but in geenral I'm past that.

Sad you brought that into here, and if you really look at the forum there are many people attacking the US and not vice versa. I'm getting really tired of your hate making you assume we hate you.

Another reason people don't really like him is that he is seen as "kind of the Kimbo" of the UFC. I.e. he's not top tier and is protected by the ufc and is being brought up slowly.

I think what really stands out in my mind is that he really is the runner-up of TUF, and he lost to Hammil in a big way- and he will not own up to it.

As far as the english thing- I think the opposite is true. He was really liked early on, in part because of the cool accent, and because he either was humble or just portrayed as such on TUF.

Personally I think the Hammil thing and the incidents of that UFC are in the past and forgotten. I have nothing against Bisping. I do want to see how he will handle getting KTFO by Leben though

Heck, maybe he'll get KO'd and win by decision.

i like bisping, at first it was because he's a fellow brit, but since appearing tuf3 i genuinly like him. sure in the heat of the moment he'll say things without thinking, but he's generaly a down to earth guy really.

he's a solid fighter, and has impressed me as of late. i still think he needs to prove himself against top competition. the leben fight will show where he stands in the division with a win he'll be a sure contender.

<--- the punch that started it all!

My current favirote fighters
Anderson Silva
Junior Dos Santos
Mauricio Rua
Alistair Overeem
Jon Jones

WAR dan hardy, paul daley, ross pearson and terry etim doing it for the britz!

I never said he should apologize for the decision (the judges should field that one) but he did get his ass handed to him and then acted like he whooped Hamill's ass. Look at that Rampage video, that's how to handle a situation like that. There's no way I'm going to believe Bisping felt he actually won that fight, then or now. Eventually all will be forgotten or forgiven though I'm sure, but Bisping has only had three lack-luster fights since then. Even though it was a year ago, it's still pretty fresh in peoples minds.

I love how people ignore how Hamill was completely disrespectful towards Bisping before the fight and ignore the shit he said. Of course that's fine, but if Bisping retaliates he's classless. F off.

You're just a cook...

fighters talking a little smack before a fight is normal, even expected. talking smack after receiving a gift win from blind judges is a different matter.

Everybody good, plenty of slaves for my robot colony?
